About these terms
These terms apply when you use growwithpiyush.com and when you request or buy services from Grow With Piyush, a digital marketing business run by Piyush Kumar in India. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
We offer website and landing page development, social media management, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead generation, promotional, commercial and UGC ad videos, and training such as workshops, mentorship and internships.
Pricing is custom. After you send a request we share a quote or proposal on WhatsApp or email. Work starts only after you accept it. The scope, timeline, deliverables and fees in the accepted proposal apply to that project.
No guaranteed results
Marketing results depend on your offer, budget, market, competition, sales follow-up and many things outside our control. We do not promise specific numbers of leads, sales, followers, views or rankings. Case studies and reach figures shown on this site are examples shared with permission, not guarantees.
Ad spend and third-party platforms
Money you spend on advertising is paid directly to Meta, Google or other platforms and is separate from our fees. Platforms have their own rules, can reject ads or restrict accounts, and can change how they work. We are not responsible for decisions or outages of third-party platforms.
What we need from you
- accurate information about your business, offer and goals;
- content, logos, photos and access that we need, which you have the right to share;
- timely feedback and approvals;
- payment as set out in the accepted proposal.
Delays in any of these can move delivery dates.
Content and ownership
You keep the rights to the logos, text, photos and other material you give us. You confirm you have the right to use them. Once a project is fully paid, you may use the final deliverables made for you for your business, unless the proposal says otherwise. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio, and we keep client names private unless you agree to be named. Tools, templates and methods we use remain ours.
Payments and cancellation
Fees, payment schedule and any refund or cancellation terms are set in the accepted proposal. Where the proposal is silent, work already done is payable.
Training and internships
Workshops, mentorship and internships are for learning. We do not promise a job, clients or income. Terms such as duration, fees, stipend and certificate are shared before you commit.
Using this website
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content or design for commercial use without our written permission. We work to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that the site is always error-free or available.
Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Grow With Piyush is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under Indian law. We would always like to talk first and resolve any issue directly.
